Expansion of the existing Davis Tower Building, adding a 470,000 square feet, 3-story above-ground building with a basement level encompassing the new Surgery and Emergency Services Pavilion. The new facility includes a new emergency room, new operating rooms, surgical ICU, cardiology services, new cafeteria and kitchen, pathology lab support, radiology services, and a 12-bed burn unit.
