Fountainview at Gonda Westside is a 200-room luxury retirement community supported by the Los Angeles Jewish Home. It is complete with independent living spaces as well as assisted living and memory care apartments. The facility provides outstanding amenities for healthy senior living and a resort environment, including a full service salon and day spa, art and activity studio, fitness center, and rooftop with a swimming pool, garden, and café.
KHS&S’s Fountainview scope encompassed both interior and exterior construction. The crew used Venetian Plaster and GFRC to create signature finishes.
Prefabrication and value engineering played a key role in creating the 1.5 million square foot community. Our Panel Max and Roll Forming Machines produced soffits and GFRC caps to stay on schedule and maximize onsite efficiency. The team developed framing details to aid and speed up the completion of the interior framing. Through these measures, KHS&S was able to complete the interiorscope four months ahead of schedule.
