KHS&S played a major role in bringing the largest privately funded construction project in U.S. history to life with the opening of CityCenter. KHS&S completed traditional and high-end finishes throughout CityCenter, which was also the largest project ever completed by KHS&S.
CityCenter, a massive, mixed-use urban complex, includes hotels, condos, a casino, convention center, showroom, retail and entertainment district, restaurants and bars, its own fire station, an on-site power plant and tram. The ultra-modern development makes extensive use of green technologies.
KHS&S performed work on five major CityCenter projects – the ARIA convention center, Cirque du Soleil’s Viva ELVISTM Theater, ARIA Resort & Casino, Mandarin Oriental and a tram station. KHS&S was also awarded a pre-construction contract and completed numerous smaller contracts throughout the site.
