Voluntary life and AD&D is optional for you to elect for yourself and family members, it is provided at affordable group rates. Rates are based on age and the coverage level chosen.
Disability Insurance
Disability insurance provides income replacement should you become disabled and unable to work due to a non-work related illness or injury. The company provides eligible employees with Long Term and Short Term disability coverage at no cost. Coverage levels vary based on state of residence.
