Denver Premium Outlets

In September 2018, Simon Mall developers unveiled Denver’s new, premier shopping destination with the Denver Premium Outlets. The 330,000 square-foot complex is designed to be a community hub for families and all shoppers to find popular designer and lifestyle brands. Among the 80 outlet stores are Kate Spade New York, Nike, Banana Republic, GAP, and Under Armour. Denver Premium Outlets is a LEED certified project using design elements inspired by the Rocky Mountains like heavy timber and steel architecture.
