Working with glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) and 1,250 tons of natural boulders, KHS&S created more than 48,000 square feet of rockwork for this Nevada resort, including a main feature at the Porte Cochere, and rockwork at two lagoons and a health club swimming pool.
The KHS&S-created entry waterfall is capable of pumping more than 4,000 gallons of water per minute.
KHS&S worked with the owner, architect, project engineers and general contractor to develop detailed shop drawings for the project, which also included 2.25 acres of lagoon membranes and cementitious textures.
